Meditation in Marketplace
Learn to stay centered even in the hustle and bustle of life. Here's Osho's vision- “That’s my insistence too: that a sannyasin should not renounce the world. Your meditation SHOULD grow in the world. It should be part of the day-to-day existence. You should not become an escapist.”“This challenging world, this constant turmoil on the outside, has to be used. You have to be a witness to it. Watch it. Learn how not to be affected by it. Learn to remain unaffected, untouched by it, like a lotus leaf in water. And then you will be grateful, because it is only by being watchful of all the turmoil that one day suddenly, ‘the gods are in the valley’. You see the marketplace disappearing far away, becoming an echo. This is REAL growth."
Sufi and Zen Fusion
Discover the beauty of blending Zen and Sufi teachings.
Sufi: “If you are not one with the Beloved,
Seek!
And if you are in Union,
Rejoice!" - Rumi
Sufism introduces two types of love. The first, muhabbah, is ordinary and fleeting—passion without depth. The second, ishq, is authentic love, where one loses themselves completely and becomes consumed by it.
Zen: Zen, derived from the Sanskrit word dhyan, emphasizes complete presence and stillness. It means being so deeply connected to your own being that no thoughts arise. Unlike meditation, which focuses on an object, dhyan is about pure consciousness—an experience of clear, unclouded awareness. This essence has shaped Indian consciousness for centuries, guiding us toward a state of profound inner peace.
